This disclosure establishes global notice of authorship, invention, and intellectual property claim over a fallback symbolic communication protocol designed for human–machine, AI–AI, and autonomous system interaction.

EchoToken™ is a multisensory transmission system capable of operating in network-compromised environments using symbolic signals via light, sound, vibration, and ultrasound. EchoLang™ is the accompanying programmable symbolic language, optimized for cognitive processing, low-bandwidth transmission, and system-level command.

As of 19 July 2025, the architecture includes multi-layer logic, domain-specific overlays, and symbolically compressed command pathways. Specific technical details are filed under provisional patent protection and are not disclosed here.
